The Luminate Collective was founded by two dedicated healthcare partners. As a nurse and physiotherapist, they each saw the gap in access and services available for the disability sector.
In founding this Collective, they were able to combine their knowledge and experience in healthcare to provide opportunities for patients to access inclusive and individualised support that promotes independence.
